Exchange Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. Studio ’81, Inc. only accepts exchanges and/or offers store credits on products if they are unused and unopened. If you receive a product that you are unsatisfied with, you can either exchange the product for something of equal or lesser value, within 14 days of purchase, or receive store credit. For all exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping of the returned item. We ask that you refer to our complexion quiz to ensure you are comfortable with a shade before purchasing. We do not offer refunds.

Please also note: Because our products are so affordably priced, sale prices are only for the stated sale time. We do not offer price adjustments under any circumstances. To help you stay abreast of new and upcoming sales, please check the “Sales” section on our website.

Studio ’81, Inc. is not responsible for packages returned as “unclaimed, undeliverable as addressed” or “insufficient address” by carriers, nor addresses entered erroneously though we will try our best to assist you. Please contact your carrier for assistance.
