Q: My order hasn't been shipped yet. Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?
A: Regrettably, once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Q: I received my order, but I’m not happy with it. What can I do?
A: You can share your feedback regarding any issues by emailing us at customercare@studio81cosmetics.com. Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used to place the order

  • Your order number

  • A detailed explanation of the issue

While we do not offer refunds, you may request store credit within 14 days of your purchase or exchange your item for something of equal or lesser value. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: Can coupon codes be combined?
A: No, only one coupon code can be used per order.

Q: What if I’m missing items or received damaged items?
A: Please email us at customercare@studio81cosmetics.com with:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used to place the order

  • Your order number

  • A clear explanation of what’s missing or damaged

We will handle the issue appropriately.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, Studio ’81 offers free U.S. shipping on orders of $45 or more.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at the moment. We plan to offer international shipping as we expand.

Q: What is your lipstick made of?
A: Our lipsticks are crafted with a unique blend of natural ingredients and vibrant pigments. For a list of all ingredients, please check the "ingredients" tab for each product.

Q: Do you offer samples?
A: No, we do not offer product samples.

Q: Do any products contain fragrance?
A: No, all of our products are fragrance-free.

Q: Do you test on animals?
A: Absolutely not. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our products.
